- 30 Lbs Apples
- 6 Cups Water Approx
Remove the stems and extra leaves
Place apples with some water in a big enough pot to hold all of them
Cook apples for approx 40 minutes, until they are soft and the skins are coming off
We use the KitchenAid Fruit/Vegetable Strainer to make the apple sauce. Best investment ever!

You can use the water bath method to can the apple sauce. We find 1 cup jars are the best.
