Time seems to go by so quickly! All of a sudden it’s December. The Christmas tree is up! As always, there is a new ornament on there from Meghan’s trip to Belgium (a mushroom!)
The Christmas lights are also setup on the barn and tool fie.
Every year we think we have so much time to get our planning/research organized for the following summer. One year we’ll learn to have a reasonable to-do list… just not sure when that will be!
Right now we are heavily focused on Fungi Akuafo. We want to expand the business and need to decide what our next infrastructure investments will be.
We decided this year that we aren’t going to expand the kitchen gardens. We have already built more than we can handle! It should allow us to put more time into our agritourism ideas.
