Notes:

This was a fantastic read. It has enough details about how they farm so that you can see what choices they made to become successful. It is real in that the challenges are there and the solutions creative. The New Farm is a great inspiration to other farmers and indeed they are making a call to all of us, no matter what role we play in the food industry (farmer, distributor, chef, consumer) to work together to change how our industrial food system works.
