We were gifted a Nigella Lawson cookbook years ago!  In it there is a recipe for roasted potatoes that calls for goose fat…  We always wanted to try it but didn’t have such a thing!

Now, we have goose fat and duck fat!  (Well, we DID have these things until it was all gone!)  These potatoes are amazing.  Goose fat or duck fat.
